Interview: Prof. Cecilia Linde on cardiology's hot topics

DGK-Jahrestagung 2025 | ESC joint-session: At the 2025 DGK Annual Meeting, Prof. Cecilia Linde chaired sessions titled "Future Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Cardiovascular Precision Medicine" and "Gene-targeted cardiovascular therapies – a rapidly developing field". In this interview, she shares her views on AI as well as new developments in genetics and also talks about topics for her upcoming ESC presidency in 2026.  

Prof. Linde holds several prominent positions and is actively involved in various organizations, including her role as President-Elect of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), 2024–2026.
